Optimal Nutrition Programs

Come in for a one on one session and build a blueprint of your health and habits.

Map out your health goals, and leave with a recommendation on what you can do immediately to kick start your health journey. Should you decide to engage in a longer program within 30 days, this fee will be deducted.

  • Initial in-depth consultation: review intake forms and map out health history, strategize overall health goals, and *option to review current lab work from PP.
  • Nutrition and lifestyle protocol based on initial consultation. We will have an in-person session or zoom call to review in detail.
  • Nutritional health food plan – meal planning tools based on your specific needs.
  • Follow Up session at end of 4 weeks.
  • Email and phone support for duration of program

  • Digestion testing and pH testing (if required).

  • 6 follow up visits every 2 weeks. Monitor your progress, make changes, evolve protocol. Helping to bring you back up the slope of health.
  • Lifestyle and habit shift plan: ongoing progression towards your personal wellbeing goals. Review and revise at 4, 8, 12 weeks.
  • Ongoing email and phone support for duration of program
